Make someone’s day by treating them to a Helen É Gift Voucher.  Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 2 years and can be redeemed against any product(s) in our range.

Our Gift Vouchers are electronically generated and easy to forward on. There is no physical voucher.  All you have to do is simply:

  • Select your Gift Voucher value
  • Add Gift Voucher to basket
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Choose whether to receive the Gift Voucher yourself or gift to someone else
  • Make payment
  • You or your gift recipient will receive an email containing the unique voucher code that can then be used on the website
  • Make as many purchases as you want until the Gift Voucher credit is exhausted or its validity expires

Placing Your Order

We use Royal Mail to send all of our parcels worldwide
  • If you place an order up to 1.30pm each day it will be despatched the same day.
  • Orders received after 1.30pm will be sent the next working day.
  • Standard UK postage is £3.99, Europe is £8 and Rest of the World is £10
  • Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days UK and 7-10 working days rest of the world. This is an approximate guideline in accordance with Royal Mail and no parcel is guaranteed unless Special Delivery Service is used
  • Promotional offers of certain types eg Black Friday or other very popular offers may take up to 21 days for delivery

Prices for Express Delivery (UK only)

  • Next Day Delivery UK only (Mon-Thurs)– Please order before 1.30pm the day before – cost £10.00 (parcel delivered before 1pm the following day) * please see restrictions
  • Saturday Delivery £11 (UK only), please order before 1.30pm on Friday
