The best way to apply the NEON loose pigments is to make sure your skin is prepared and moisturised well with your favourite product. Simply press your applicator or brush into a small amount of the product using the lid to pack the colour into the product and then pat gently onto the skin.

@staceymariemua said “I have tried many neon pigments in the past and not been too impressed but these are literally insane, a lot of problems I have had with previous neon pigments are when put on to a wet base or mixed with a medium to create a liner they always go very dark in colour and lose their neon, so I put this colour to the test today and used over a wet base and mixed with a mixing medium to make a liner and it stayed absolutely perfect and true to colour.”
